With the focus on Transportation, Water and Resources Development projects, our clients have again requested the assistance of in2work to source and supply experienced and qualified Engineers to assist across different phases of the design and construction stages, through to execution of some of the flagship projects in both states of Australia.
We have roles on Projects from CV$40m to CV$500m and project durations from 6mths to 3 yrs.
Project Engineer – DTMR – Brisbane, CV$50m, Duration 18 mths
Site Engineer – DTMR – Brisbane, CV$75m, Duration 18mths
Site Engineer – DMTR – Gold Coast, CV$500m, Duration 2 years
Senior Project Engineer – DTMR – Gold Coast, CV$1b Duration 3 years
Project Engineer – Water – Bowen Basin, CV$100m, Duration 1 year
Project Engineer – Resources – Bowen Basin FIFO, CV$50m, Duration 1 year
Site Engineer – Water – Gold Coast, CV$100m, Duration 2 years
Project Engineer Early Works/Temporary Works – DTMR – Gold Coast CV$500m, Duration 18 mths
Key requirements and responsibilities:
An in depth understanding of water and wastewater systems and operations or delivery of Road and Rail projects to Australian standards
Undertaking of detailed design in water and wastewater infrastructure construction or transportation construction
Identification of design variations, options, risks and cost effectively solutions
Contract Interpretation, tender compilation, schedule and project reporting
Providing technical direction and advice throughout the execution stage
Create and implement work packages, liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders
An understanding of design, risk management, environmental and OHS standards
Commissioning of water/wastewater treatment infrastructure and transportation infrastructure
Experience on major projects within the water infrastructure sector Including Dams, Bridges, earthworks, structures, mine infrastructure projects
A best fit for these roles, you will be tertiary qualified in an engineering field preferably Civil, have strong communication and presentation skills. Minimum 5 years experience in major projects and engineering within heavy industry in an Australian operation.
