a. HR Manager – Victorian Based
Sizable multi billion $$$ Infrastructure project in Vic has a senior HR Manager role on offer. Site allowance, IR and HR support team of 12, reporting to the Project Director, implementation and updating of the Hr Management plan and HR support and leadership to the team.
b. Senior HR/IR Manager – Brisbane Based with FIFO
Iconic new oil and gas project in Brisbane has a requirement for a Senior HR/IR Manager to create HR and IR systems and processes, guide and support senior management with regards to HR/IR issues and accountabilities, ensure project compliance to federal and state awards, deal with Unions and their representatives to mediate/negotiate outcomes and other duties as required. Reporting to the Project Director and leading a team in excess of 14 with large budget responsibility.
c. HR/IR Manager – Operations – Brisbane Based
International contractor has created an opening for a HR Manager – Operational Support to basically ensure that its current stable of projects (in excess of 12) have senior HR/IR leadership and direction. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, responsibilities will include IR and recruitment support, financial and progress reporting/planning, resource allocation and other requirements as per project and business needs.
d. HR Manager – EPCM – WA Based
Leading Australian EPCM has a role for an experienced HR/IR Professional to manage the contractors on behalf of the client and provide advisory support and organisational measures to senior management. Reports to the National HR Manager and has 2 direct reports.
