Construction Manager Roles – WA and Qld

Delivery Phase Construction Managers urgently sought by our clients!

Our clients, both Top Tier Contractors boasting billion dollar order books and blue chip clients, have requested we use all available resources to fill two new roles prior to the next wave of construction activity so as to maximise their ability to satisfy their clients expectations!

FIFO Construction Manager:
- CV$350m project, Top tier contractor, reporting to the Project Manager, managing all aspects of the construction phase including labour management, Industrial relations, review of design and assessing constructability, logistics and plant management, ensuring construction force compliance to the Safety Management Plan, progress reporting, budgeting and cost management, driving the project through planning and motivating the construction team and other duties as required by the Project Manager. A roster 3 weeks on and 1 week off and FIFO from any capital city in Australia applies and a large site allowance. Project Duration 2 years.

Corporate Role – Brisbane:

- Infrastructure giant seeks a professional Construction Manager to work with the Business Development Manager to develop projects from brief to conception then handover to Project Managers for delivery phase. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CM will manage a team of engineers and bid staff including Project Managers and will also liaise with clients and client representatives/EPCM’s/Consultants to realise projects and bring possible opportunities to fruition while supervising through to delivery phase and practical completion. Responsibilities include tender review and response, review of/changing design if required, managing and motivating the team, ensuring company compliance to all Safety, Quality and Environment plans, financial and progress reporting to the Operations Manager as well as actively supporting the Business Development Managers in their pursuit of new and continual work.

Both roles require tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Construction so as to ensure legal and client requirements as well as solid references, previous/current similar experience and a desire to work in high performing teams.
