Our Business partner has had resounding success of late in delivery of remote projects, and with a number of tenders expected to land in the next month they expect to grow their team substantially.

The projects are generally construction and operations and maintenance within the mining, oil and gas and resources industry and are fastracked projects anywhere from 2 months to 12 months.



As many of these projects are remote the requirement has become apparent for an Accounts Supervisor to oversee and administer accounting duties as directed by the General Manager, liaise with site management and administration, provide relief reception when necessary and to provide general office administration and clerical support as directed.

Reporting to the GM the candidate will be required to:

• Process overhead and miscellaneous invoices.
• Check all invoices have the correct tax details before payment
• Draw cheques and match all invoices for payment
• Have cheques signed and posted and file invoices
• Process and pay all employee expenses including labour hire billing and Petty cash.
• Run and Review accounts payable trial balance each month.
• Provide relief and assist with the Subcontract payments.
• Develop graphical display of diagrams and charts to suitably illustrate presentations using PowerPoint or similar.
• Ensure that all office/interoffice documented records and incoming/outgoing mail is identified, indexed, distributed and filed in accordance with the relevant filing system.
• Sort and distribute incoming faxes, mail and documents as necessary.
• Assist with the disposal/archiving of records when necessary
• Creating and providing Work In Progress reports, Financials and other reports pertaining to the operations of the company.

Ideally they seek a Construction experienced candidate with strong working knowledge of MYOB EXO, and previous site experience would be an advantage.
