Large International Contractor with current and ongoing new contracts requires a proactive Contract Administrator to administer the contracts relating to a large Australian resources project.

Itís not every day opportunities come along with a company this large and secure with many years in the mining and civil construction industries, many new projects in the pipeline and a desire to hire, train and retain good quality staff. Our client understands and actively promotes the safety and wellbeing of all employees.


Your primary responsibility will be to support the Construction process through effective administration of contracts and commercial terms established for the project, ensuring all vendors, suppliers and sub -contractors provide their services in a timely, cost effective manner and to the quality expectations of the company and this project.

Key Responsibility points:

- Administration, Negotiations and Contract administration
- Control of contract variations, delays, defects and rectify as required
- Regular Compliance, Cost and Quality Controlson agreements
- Timely Document Reporting and Communication Systems
- Office Administration including Inter-departmental assistance if required
- Adhering and contributeto personal Safety, OH&S Systems and reporting incidents
- Timely Internal and External report Creation for all company and client stakeholders
- Communication with Colleagues and Implementing improvement ideas and options
- Monitoring and Managingcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Establishing effective compliance controls and developing effective procedures for improvement

A best fit for this role would have you tertiary qualified in a related discipline, previous industry experience working on large projects, Administration and office computer systems knowledge with the ability to act and simplify all day to day contractual and administration responsibilities required to complete any project in a cost effective and timely manner.
