Our client is on a roll – 4 project wins over the last year and shortlisted for a fifth – great news however the project wins come at a price. Their normally deep stocks of management and delivery specialists have depleted due to project allocation and hence they now seek a Civil Construction Manager to oversee the scope of works to be constructed and create and development the Construction Management Plan for the project.
